Ball bearings We have machines models that are are tailored to meet the special requirements of ball-bearing packaging. The bearings are bunch-wrapped in close fitting film and without projecting edges to the packaging, the packed bearings can be handled smoothly and economically by the downstream machines. Bearings can "breathe" in the ALPMA-typical wrap packaging and are therefore optimally protected against corrosion on lengthy transit routes. This series of machines comes with easy-changing format parts in order to permit the order-related production of bearings, including for relatively small batches. Changeover times are short. V 64/AVB – With a flexible magazine feeder it is possible to wrap ball bearings with diameters from 24 to 120 mm. Capacity: 50 packs/min. VT 60 – No ball bearing is too heavy for it to handle. Jumbo sizes with diameters from 120 to 250 mm Capacity: 9 packs/min.
