One of the installations with the longest traditions in soft cheese production is the soft cheese-maker in the KBA system. With cheese vats (KBA holds 400 l) in an easy-to-manage size, you can create your own efficient production cycles. Ideal for processing up to 10,000 litres of milk a day and for all varieties of soft cheese. Thanks to the unique design of the tilting troughs the sensitive curd grain of the soft cheese is processed gently and the cheese moulds filled to precisely the right weight for packaging. With simple draining channels and a semi-automatic stack turner, handling the stack of moulds is child's play.
