Cut Basic

CUT Basic – The task of cutting small batches into portions of high quality is perfectly mastered by the CUT Basic. The standardised cutting programmes permit optimum and simple cutting of bars into the desired portion sizes.


CUT 25/M – The latest cut calculating technology of the CUT 25/M weighs and measures before it cuts exactly identical pieces. Operating the machine is easy thanks to a product type memory that allows you to call up 80 products on a touchscreen. Accessories such as wedge knives let you cut wedge shapes. And where cheese such as stilton or gorgonzola would leave smears on any knife, ultrasound hits the right note.


CS 60 – The machine for cutting extremely soft cheese such as Italian crescenza into equal portions.


HT II – One for all. The HT II is your quick and easy answer for cutting cheese. And the HT II also does a marvellous job as precutting machine for downstream cutting lines. Replaceable tools make it a genuine universal cutter.
