Any description of our company would be incomplete, however, if we failed to acquaint you with our roots: ALPMA grew out of the ALPENHAIN camembert factory, a specialist for soft cheese known for its convenience product "Baked Camembert" and Bavarian spceciliaties such as "Obazda" (please refer also to History). ALPMA and ALPENHAIN hold shares in the company FRISCHPACK, an expert in the cutting and packing of hard and semihard cheese. Through this corporate network ALPMA receives not only sound technological feedback but also requests and ideas for future installations.
